Reversing Diabetes and Fat Accumulation

An epidemic of diabetes 2 and obesity occurs because of  lifestyle, a lack of good exercise, a deficiency of essential fatty acids (Omega 3’s), abundant toxins, unbalanced diets devoid of… minerals, enzymes and healthy food.  They all contribute to an epidemic of diabetes 2 and obesity.  Most people think eliminating fats or meals is one of the best ways to lose belly fat.  Elimination of all fats takes out essential  fatty acids and fat enzymes that metabolize and utilize fat for energy.  Skipping  meals slows metabolism and is counterproductive for fat loss.

A lack of exercise causes a low metabolism of glucose and increased fat accumulation. Because the body cannot store much glucose,  it converts glucose into triglyceride  fatty acids. They accumulate as fat in the abdominal fat beds. Oxygen is also needed for efficient metabolism of fats. Exercise provides this.

There are certain antagonists against diabetes such as the hormone glucagon.  Essential fatty acids (omega 3’s) are especially important to the metabolism of fats.  These counteract the belly fat accumulation so predominant in diabetes2 victims.
