<p><strong>A new exercise routine appears to be an amazing breakthrough for THE MOST EFFICIENT  muscle conditioning and fat loss.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The discovery and key to understanding the effectiveness of this new paradigm is the recruitment of the fast twitch and medium twitch muscle fibers.</strong> The conventional muscle training does not recruit all three muscle fibers&#8230;slow, medium and fast twitch fibers effectively; so muscle does not get fully developed.  The slow twitch fibers function best with slow (plenty of oxygen) recruitment.</p>
<p><strong>All skeletal muscle is a combination of quick, medium and slow twitch fibers.</strong> The quick twitch fibers favors anaerobic (no oxygen) function and are quite fast and explosive; but they easily deplete the energy supply.  This then takes longer to regenerate the immediate energy supply used.</p>
<p>The fast twitch is typical of sprinters who hold their breath for 10 seconds at a time. They can run 100 yards extremely fast, in 10 seconds or less. The fast twitch muscle fibers have instant energy available in the muscle, but a very limited amount of it. <strong>When this energy is depleted by sudden demands, chemical changes take place that cause a cascade of responses that include increases in hormones and a stimulation of the mitochondria (energy factories of cells) to perform more efficiently.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Chemical Changes Build Muscle when Oxygen Is Deficient</strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Deficient oxygen triggers</span></strong><strong> the chemical changes which release HGH (human growth hormone) and testosterone.  This stimulates mitochondria to produce energy inside muscle cells.  The scientific study found on average 771% increase of the human growth hormone.  This increases bone and muscle formation.<br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>The HGH hormone is very powerful.  Its effect greatly reduces aging and increases muscle strength, endurance and performance.</strong> <strong>Some studies show optimal human growth levels reduce effective age 10 to 20 years. </strong> Most people are well aware that youth brings strength and endurance but it diminishes with age.</p>
<p>You are probably wondering just exactly how does this exercise program work?  <strong>The success of the program hinges on recruiting all muscle fibers&#8230;slow, medium and fast ones.  Increased muscle replaces fat in muscle beds and more muscle burns more calories.<br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong>The fast twitch muscle fibers are quick to respond to demand but slow to recover.  Conversely the slow twitch fibers (representative of long distance runners) are slow to respond but quick to recover. </strong> The energy reserves are much more available for the slow twitch.  Exercise with oxygen (not gasping for air) is necessary to sustain the slow twitch fibers which are the fat burners.    Exercise <strong>with</strong> oxygen and exercise <strong>without</strong> oxygen is the secret in a nutshell.
